Since part of our vision is to produce people who are 'lifechangers', it's only natural that we actually give youth the opportunity to lead and make decisons for the youth ministry. Youth are encouraged to sign up and serve on one of five ministry teams, each team being guided by adults but run by the youth themselves:

Camps/Transform Team: This team decides the themes, details, etc. for our youth retreats and D-Now weekends. They also make decisions regarding the summer camp schedule.

Missions/Activities Team: Plan and carry out various mission and service projects throughout the year as well as plan acitivies that promote fellowship an fun among the youth.

Youth Band: Plan, practice/prepare, and lead in worship through music each Wednesday night.

Contact/Follow-up Team: Follow-up with visitors to the youth ministry and help them find ways to plug in to the church.
